7 Ways to earn a WEEKLY income!
The MXI™ Compensation Plan pays out in 7 different ways, enabling serious business builders to generate a significant weekly income. Many distributors in the USA have achieved 4 and 5 figure weekly incomes.
Some long-term committed distributors have earned life changing 6 figure weekly incomes.
The company has created 12 millionaire earners in the last 2 and a half years. Now with the opening of new markets (including South Africa,The EU, Hong Kong, Singapore), I personally believe that we will see the same number created in 2010 alone!
The plan is designed to leverage distributors' efforts and time commitment and overall the company pays out a total of 50% of every dollar in whole-sale product sales.
It is a "Hybrid Plan", combining the best elements of an "Infinity Tree" (will be explained to you when you join), and elements of more traditional network marketing plans.
All earnings and commissions are paid in US dollars. In the USA and Canada distributors get a bi-weekly check. In Europe payments are made on a pro-pay card MasterCard debit card. (Details of how this works will be covered on a "getting started" training call.)
You start in the business by paying an Associate Fee of $39 ($40 UK) and purchasing some product. (If you decide to seriously build the business you obviously need some product, for demonstration purposes and retailing.)
Many view this fee as a Club Membership. It entitles you to purchase the product at Wholesale and have access to the MXI™ Associate Back- Office for one year.
You qualify to start earning commissions once you have registered with the company for $39 ($40 UK) and purchased 2 Boxes of product. (UK only: One Box in your first 7 days of joining the business and the second, normally in the second week.)

1. Retail Profit
You purchase the product as a distributor at a wholesale price and sell it to customers for a retail price.
2. "Quick Checks" (Cheques)
Every time you enroll a new distributor and they purchase a Box of product, you generate a "quick check" of $25. In the UK distributors can only purchase 1 Box of product in their first week in the business, and further Boxes after 7 days. The maximum you can earn is $50, which is for the first 2 wholesale Boxes of products purchased.
3. The Royal Maker Bonus
When any distributor you personally sponsor, let us say Richard in this example, builds a team of two distributors, one on the left and one on the right of his or her business, and each one of those two new team members purchases 2 Boxes of product wholesale, and goes on auto ship. Richard becomes a "Royal Distributor", and you earn a one time "Royal Maker Bonus of $40.
So, if you personally sponsored 5 distributors, who each in turn sponsored 2 new distributors each (one in their left team and one in their right team), who each purchased 2 Boxes of product wholesale and went on a monthly auto-ship. You would have 5 new "Royal distributors in your team and earn 5 X $40 Royal maker Bonuses = $200.
This is the first step for all new distributors, to become a "Royal" and is the foundation of our business. Through duplicating this process you can build a strong organization.
4. The 10% infinity Bonus.
This is one of the most profitable areas of your business. When you join the business you build 2 teams, a right team and a left team.
Every time anyone in either team orders a wholesale Box of product the "Wholesale Sales Volume" accrues and at the end of every week you earn a 10% infinity bonus on the total sales of the weaker team.
Example:
Your right team has a sales volume of $10,000 in total, (made up of auto-ship orders for personal consumption and retail purposes) and your left team has a total "wholesale" sales volume of $5,000. You earn $500 infinity bonus. (10% of your weaker side.)
As the name implies, sales made to "infinite depth in each team count towards this bonus, and when you really understand how this works, you will see why many distributors, who work hard and duplicate proven sales systems earn weekly 4, 5 and 6 figure infinity bonuses.
This bonus is one of the best examples of time and money leverage in this industry, and forms the basis of True Residual Income.

5. The Executive Generation Bonus (Matching Checks! (Please note this is paid every 2 weeks.)
To reward our Executive or higher leadership, MXI™ has created the Executive Generation Bonus.
This program allows you to earn a "Check Match" on the Infinity Bonuses paid to associates you personally sponsor, the associates they personally sponsor, and so on, up to seven generations of Executives in your personal enrollment tree.
As your rank increases, so does the number of generations on which you can be paid an Executive Generation Bonus. You may earn Executive Generation Bonuses not only on Executives found in each of your personal enrollment tree legs but also on Associates, Royals, Royal 500’s and Royal 1K Distributors who have earned an Infinity Bonus. A generation ends when a qualified Executive is found, regardless of the number of levels. Executive Generation Bonus also has unlimited width. To maximize your income, continue advancing your distributorship to the higher Executive ranks and create width by personally sponsoring additional Associates, thereby creating more personal enrollment tree legs on which you can earn Executive Generation Bonuses.
